I come from a background in creating top-end video games using the creme of the creme in terms of 3D software to create incredibly powerful experiences.

Afterwards, I set up a games company, partnered with EA Games, using the Unity games engine to create games that have been played for nearly 1,000 years of combined time and started creating VR games for Facebook too.

Since then, I set up a consultancy company, which used the power of games engine technology with XR (extended reality (the combination of virtual, augmented and mixed reality) to provide B2B and B2C solutions to large brands such as JP Morgan and IBM, creating complex software from automated vehicle guidance simulations to real-time XR interfaces into remotely connected infrastructure.

I recently decided to focus on Virtual Reality software creation for the healthcare market, as there are the widest applications of VR technology that benefit human lives.

Starting my career as in B2B sales, my focus turned to the financial services industry. In the early years after my MBA, I started out as an inter-bank trader in the domestic money and bond market and went on to develop Svenska Handelsbanken’s bond future business before starting up the bank’s departments for equity & debt options trading as well as fixed income trading subsidiary in Finland. I then assumed a position as Deputy Group Treasurer of Sweden’s premier bank holding company, responsible for group funding as well as the management of all financial market and liquidity risks of the group.

As Deputy Country Manager at Citibank in Sweden I was responsible for the bank’s business with commercial banks, insurance companies, exchanges and clearinghouses, fund managers and public sector covering a full service offering from international transaction services and international tax structures to investment banking solutions.

At SEB Asset Management, I was Head of Institutional Sales of Sweden’s largest asset manager after which I became dedicated to sustainable asset management through my management position and shareholding in SAM – Sustainable Asset Management, my role as European Head of Responsible Investing of Mercer Investment Consulting, as Nordic regional head of Bank Sarasin AG and Director Business Development of GES – Global Engagement Services.

In the more recent years, my main focus has been on providing management consulting services on Strategic Business Development, Business Model Adjustments and Market/Industry Positioning relating to the marketing and sales aspect of businesses. Nevertheless, Sustainable Asset Management, Corporate Finance and International Financial Services, along with International Taxes, Governance and Compliance also are key areas of management support.

Aligning client deliverables with clients’ core brand values and aspired brand content to develop a strong positive emotional association to the client brand is the starting point for every client relationship. Aligning core processes with core values is paramount to maintain against clear financial objectives for both clients and the business.

I am keen to ensure that we create the most effective VR treatments aligned with your requirements to help VR tech and healthcare work effectively together.

I am an Acute Medicine Consultant and Education Lead for Acute Medicine. My basic medical degree is from Imperial College London and I hold UK CCST in Endocrinology and Diabetes and General Internal Medicine.

Having worked at the Lancet, I have four peer-reviewed publications. My clinical interests are teaching, acute medicine, obstetric medicine and my non-clinical interest is supporting neurodiverse trainees.

I have a keen interest in how virtual reality tech can be used in medicine/patient and practitioner education, clinical trials, audit and quality improvement projects.

I have obtained an ILM Level 5 diploma in leadership and management which has assisted greatly with change management projects I have participated in during my time as a specialist registrar on the North West Thames Rotation.

I am currently working on an audit looking at ED/SDEC/AMU attendances by pregnant/recently pregnant women with the aim of reviewing the care received and improving maternal outcomes in the future.

Teaching and training are also at the forefront of my experience; I have learnt significantly from my Introductory Course in Medical Education and ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, have authored the Rapid Review of PACES textbook and have attended educational supervision workshops in preparation for future teaching and training roles.
